This page explains what UP Digistore collects, why, and how to reach us. We sell digital guides. Nothing ships.

Who we are
UP Digistore is a company. The storefront is hosted on Whop at updigistore.whop.site. Contact: untoldphilosophy1@gmail.com. We do not publish a street address.
What we collect
If you browse the library, the site may record technical data such as pages viewed, device type, and referral source. If you buy a paid guide, Whop processes your name, email, payment method, and order details so we can deliver access and handle refunds. If you download the free checklist, we do not take a card. If you choose to leave an email in the on-site capture, we store that email to send the SAVE20 offer you asked for.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver digital access, answer support mail, process refunds, improve the library, and measure whether ads and pages are working. We do not sell your email list. We do not use health, money, or trades answers you type into worksheets. Those worksheets stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us.
Payments
Payments run through Whop. UP Digistore does not see your full card number. Whop’s own privacy terms apply to the checkout and wallet. Charge descriptors and receipts come from that checkout.
Cookies, ads, and analytics
The hosted site includes Whop’s pixel and page-view tracking so we can understand visits and, when you arrive from an ad, whether a page led to a purchase. Your browser may also store a small local flag so the email capture does not reopen after you close it, plus cart and wishlist data on your device. You can block cookies in your browser. The library and checkout may then work less smoothly.
Sharing
We share information with Whop to operate checkout, access, and payouts. We may share information if the law requires it, or with a professional who is helping us answer a tax, legal, or accounting question. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
Order records are kept as long as we need them for access, refunds, accounting, and legal duties. You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what we can legally delete by emailing untoldphilosophy1@gmail.com. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, write to that address and we will handle the request in good faith under South African law and any other law that applies to the request.
Children
The store is written for adults. Fit Parent is a habit guide for parents, not a product for children to buy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new page.
