These terms cover the UP Digistore library. Paid titles are one-time digital purchases. The walkthrough checklist is free. Nothing ships.

The offer
UP Digistore sells practical digital guides, templates, and checklists. After a paid checkout you receive instant digital access through Whop. You may print pages for your own use. We do not mail a hardcover or any physical goods. Prices on each product page are in US dollars. Paid titles are a one-time payment unless you choose an advertised pay-in-3 option, which is the same files billed in three monthly charges and then stops.
License
You get a personal license to use the files. You may not resell, share as a paid product, republish, or claim authorship. Contractor chat access, where included, is for the buyer and may be revoked if it is abused.
What the guides are not
No title is legal, tax, insurance, hiring, investment, medical, nutrition-treatment, or childcare advice. Trades ranges are 2026 national planning figures, not a bid for your city. Freelance pages are operational, not contracts you should file unreviewed. Money titles do not tell you what to invest in or how much you will save. Health titles are habit guides. Example numbers and routines are teaching examples, not a promised income, savings amount, booking volume, or body result.

Checkout and access
Checkout is processed by Whop. If a payment fails, access is not granted. If you have paid and cannot see the files, email untoldphilosophy1@gmail.com with the order email. We will help you reach the files you bought.
Refunds
Paid titles carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The full rule lives on the refunds page. Free titles have no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break checkout, scrape the library to republish it, or use the materials to commit fraud. We may refuse service if these terms are broken.
Liability
The guides are tools for clearer decisions. You remain responsible for bids you send, contractors you hire, invoices you issue, money you spend, and health choices you make. To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost work, or indirect loss from using a guide. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive.
